Training & Expertise
All surveyors are Certificated Surveyors in Remedial Treatments (CSRT), qualified to assess damp, fungal decay, and wood-boring infestations.
- Our basement waterproofing specialists complete the Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW) course, enabling them to design effective waterproofing systems in collaboration with trusted suppliers.
- Structural repair specialists undergo advanced training in the methods we use, combining technical expertise with extensive hands-on experience.
- Where required, specialist structural engineers provide indemnified repair advice and designs for complete client assurance.
Each project is assigned to an experienced surveyor (5–10+ years) to ensure the highest professional standards. All operatives hold the necessary CSR (Construction Skills Register) certification and undergo regular health and safety training.
