In 2017 Refurrb ltd had an instrumental role in the construction fitout of The Lillie Square Clubhouse.

The Clubhouse is an exclusive private facility within the Lillie Square development in London’s Earls Court area. The clubhouse spans approximately 1,858 square meters (around 20,000 square feet) and offers residents a range of amenities designed for both relaxation and entertainment.

Facilities include a naturally lit swimming pool, spa services, treatment rooms, a gym, a bar, a function room, a wine cellar, a cinema, and a crèche. The interior design was conceptualized by Richards Basmajian, with EPR Architects serving as the executive architect for the project.

Construction of the clubhouse was completed in April 2017, with an estimated construction value of £7.6 million.

Overall, the Lillie Square Clubhouse enhances the residential experience by providing a comprehensive suite of amenities within a thoughtfully designed space.
